Pow Wow 2026 on our 250 year celebration of Freedom. Weather was really good. High of 87 low of 70 so it was really nice out. A couple of small showers here and there. Typical June weather for sure for So. MO.

The days leading up to Pow Wow are filled with excitement, let down, over worked, blessings and a over all joy that we are building many things as well as character in our Ranger program. Leaders start out with prep work. Getting all the kit together to make this thing happen. Trailers, Tents, Menus and another 100 details that have to be addressed for 4 days of tent camping. Yes it is work. Yes it is rewarding.

The Lord impressed on me last week. ......i want..... HE NEEDS! Always a struggle putting our selfish self last. Yet God's Word is always right. Harvest is Great and the workers are few. He rewards keep that in mind. So if it's not costing someone much then little reward. King Davd in the Old Testament taught us that if it doesn't cost us anything its of little value to us. We always need to keep this in mind. Give of your time and your talents. That means to have faith and then go and do and give funding towards it.

We had approx. 350 in attendance with visitors. I think 319 registered for camp.

Some over cast days kept it cooler for the Saturday event day. We had invited visitors from our AG and families to come and visit.

Pictures are worth a 1000 words. Special thanks to all the contributors of the pictures. Here is a zip file of all these pictures. Click on a picture for a larger view.

I had asked for folk to give a report on a experience from Pow Wow. You still have time to submit your report from your point of view.
