Dad's and Lad's event at Camp WaKonda not far from Bois D'Arc, Missouri.  September 9th, 2017 - September 10th, 2017

Several churches enjoyed a fun time at Camp WaKonda a YMCA camp built in the Missouri back hills.  A plleatheria of events. 

Canoeing and Kayaking and fishing on the lake was a popular event at camp.  We enjoyed  some hands on challenge with the boys building one match fires. 

There were a bunch of events going on at the same time that I didn't get a chance to see or hear about.  Once again they Springfield Area Ranger churches put on a fun filled event.  Special thanks to John and Sierra Nance for coordinating this neat event.
