We were blessed by perfect weather for the Frontier Adventure Hi of 82 and a
low of 61 and no rain!
Mike Pennington "Banjo" became a life member and we had 80 attend the event.
We missed WW and Simon Tanner and many of you this weekend family comes first but know you are missed. Look forward to seeing you at Fall Trace at Boss, MO. Jim Haines did a great job of filling in for WW and we all stretched to fill in where needed.
"Higgie" and his crew worked hard for the Saturday meal and it is always a delight when Higgie cooks. Scrumdillyisus.
Here is a list of the new 23 FCF Members.
I enjoyed sharing the camp fire with another outpost this Adventure. We agreed before the event to pool resources and share the joys of cooking and cleanup. We had a group of about 40 stay over for Sunday morning church and Choctaw did a great job of bringing it all in into reality.
We had a hawk target close to camp and spent many hours over there playing handles and enjoying the antics of that game. A round robin occupied a hour or so of the evening and the boys came back with trades they had made all weekend. One of you younger old timers traded one of my young bucks a dimascus knife. He was beaming all weekend over that trade. May our God and King Jesus bless you greatly for that gift to this young buck.
Giving and Serving is the heart of FCF and all pointing to Christ. Good stuff.
